United States — 30-Day Return

Products purchased from our eStore can be returned to our Califonia warehouse for refund within 30 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for partial return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund:

$120	48 Contiguous States
$200	Hawaii & Alaska

International — No Return Policy

No return policy for purchases out of the United States.

Packing for Return

Please keep the original packaging material in good condition for potential return.

LB007 is a heavy-duty machine with a tight folding structure. For return shipping, the machine must be folded back to its original packing configuration and securely repacked in the original packaging.

Please Be Aware Due to the weight of the machine, the tight fit of its folding assembly, and the steel securing brackets used in the original packaging, folding and repacking the LB007 require a reasonable amount of physical effort.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of upto 20% of purchase price for products returned without original packaging, or wear and tear beyond the normal use of the trial period. In such case we will discuss with the customer.
